| The Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) is the largest French-language school boards in Ontario. It serves a vibrant Francophone community in the Ottawa region and surrounding areas, bringing together dozens of elementary and secondary schools. Guided by a mission that combines academic excellence, Catholic values, and the development of Francophone identity, the CECCE places students at the heart of every initiative. |
The challenge: too many tools, not enough fluidity
|
Before discovering Imagina, the CECCE faced a major challenge: How can information be communicated effectively to over 30,000 students? Sharing a feedback form or a document used to require manually creating intermediate files a tedious process that detracted from the participants’ experience. The objective was clear: centralize everything in one place within a secure environment tailored to a school audience. |
The solution: Imagina as a unified and secure platform
It was the badge scanning feature ideal for organizing contests during events that initially convinced the team to move forward. But Imagina quickly proved to be much more than just that feature.
The CECCE now uses the platform to manage folders and profiles (student profiles, practical information), registration systems, event schedules, and satisfaction surveys. Everything students and organizers need is now brought together in a single, secure, and accessible space available at any time.
The results: engagement, analytics, and enthusiasm
Since adopting Imagina, the benefits have been tangible and measurable. The team can now track user engagement statistics in real time, allowing them to better understand behaviors and adapt their communications accordingly. Participants can always be redirected to the app, knowing the information they need will be available there.
But perhaps the clearest illustration of the platform’s impact is the spontaneous enthusiasm shown by students. During improvisational theatre tournaments organized by the CECCE, teams even incorporated the Imagina Student App into their performances a fun and revealing sign that the platform has become part of students’ everyday lives.
